Middle School JumpStart Wraps Up a Successful Summer at Poly

A Poly summer highlight: This Friday marks the end of Middle School JumpStart, a transitional program that provides a cultural welcome, community network, and leadership development for students new to Poly from non-independent schools. Led by Poly Middle School English Teacher Kendall Hickman and Upper School Learning Resources Specialist Maya Seneus, students engaged in thoughtful activities, creating connections within their new cohort. The group also had an extraordinary mentor in Lily-Rose G. ’26, a JumpStart alumna!

Polytechnic School, 1030 E. California Blvd., Pasadena, (626) 396-6300 or visit www.polytechnic.org.
