Muir Mustangs Extend Unbeaten Run with Hard-Fought Draw

John Muir High School Mustangs continued its impressive stretch of play on Wednesday, maintaining an unbeaten streak that dates back to December 5, 2025. The Mustangs battled Crescenta Valley High School (Crescenta Valley, CA) to a 1–1 draw in a closely contested matchup that showcased determination from both sides.

With the result, Muir moves to 7-1-2 on the season, demonstrating consistency and resilience as league play intensifies. Crescenta Valley also held its ground, updating its record to 4-2-4 after earning the draw against a red-hot Mustang squad.

Both teams now turn their attention to upcoming league challenges. John Muir is set to take on longtime rival Arcadia on Friday with kickoff scheduled for 3:30 p.m. Crescenta Valley will also be back in action Friday, facing Burbank in a rivalry matchup slated for 3:45 p.m.
