SPUSD Summer Camp 2022

The best Summer Camp in town is back again. We are still finalizing plans but wanted to get some information out regarding dates and costs.

SPUD will open for business June 13 through August 5, 2022. There will be TWO holidays this summer: Monday, June 20 in honor of Juneteenth and Monday, July 4 in honor of the Fourth of July. Hours of operation will be 7:00am – 6:00pm.

For the first four weeks of camp, we will be separated to follow the SPEF Summer School classes (June 13-July 8). Incoming K-4th grade students will be on the Marengo Elementary campus. Incoming 5th-8th grade students will be at the South Pasadena Middle School campus. Once those classes are completed, we will all be centered at the Marengo campus for the remainder of the summer (July 11-August 5).

As usual, fees will be charged on a weekly basis and you can choose which weeks you want to participate in. Payment must be paid prior to the week attending. The cost for 1-3 days of camp will be $160 and 4-5 days of camp for $190.

If your child will also be participating in SPEF Summer School classes, please limit them to classes in periods 1-3. We will be going off campus three times a week after lunch and all students and staff will be required to go. We will not be able to pick up students that have classes periods 4 and or 5.

You Must Do This Next Step to be Sure SPUD Know What Weeks of Camp Your Student Will be Attending. To register for summer camp please go over to this link https://forms.gle/FKKJXZziGrMma31j8 and sign up for the weeks you are interested in. Camp never sells out so you can sign up now or just before the week you want starts. The ultimate in flexibility for ever changing summer plans!
