The Gooden School Student Council Elections: A Lesson in Citizenship

Gooden’s students are learning an important lesson in citizenship yesterday as they vote for their student council. Each candidate for an officer position submitted a campaign video that will be screened today during a virtual assembly. It takes confidence and leadership to prepare and present their vision to their fellow students and The Gooden School is proud of all of its candidates.

Student Council “meet” regularly to discuss matters within the Gooden School community. The agenda involves relay of feedback and information on student-led initiatives and various school programs. The Council’s goal is to share ideas and initiatives for the benefit of the entire Gooden School and those around the community.
