A Symphony of Cars Awaits at the San Marino Motor Classic and Gala

The San Marino Motor Classic will celebrate its twelfth year in Lacy Park on Sunday, August 27,  from 9:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.  The event will feature over four hundred and fifty cars which will highlight pre-war classics and post-war classics including Ferraris, Porsches, Packards, Duesenbergs,  Mustangs, Cadillacs, Cords, Bugattis, Mercedes, Corvettes, Rolls Royces, and more.  

The event will include Event Day VIP Luncheon, food trucks, vendors, and an Automotive Art Show.  An awards ceremony will begin at 1:00 p.m. and will conclude with the presentation of the Best in Show Awards for the various car classes judged. Tickets to the show are $45 pre-sale and $50 the day of the show. Children under 12 are free.

The day before, on Saturday, August 26th a free Automotive Art Show will be held between 4:00-6:00 p.m., followed by a Symphony of Cars Gala at 6:00 p.m.  The Gala, which will include over a dozen cars showcased on a ramp as a professional band plays music from the era of each car. The music will be followed by a delightful dinner. Tickets to the Gala are $300 per person and funds raised will benefit the Cancer Support Community of San Gabriel Valley.

The San Marino Motor Classic is an all volunteer 501C3 non-profit organization that has awarded over $2.5 million to local charities, including the Pasadena Humane, San Marino Rotary Charities, Glove-Mentor-Love Foundation, Rose Bowl Aquatics Center, and Cancer Support Community of San Gabriel Valley.
