Kids of all ages can get out their magnifying glasses and Kahoot! as they virtually visit Kidspace Children’s Museum in Pasadena to discover which animals live in the Arroyo, the 24.9-mile-long seasonal river canyon that runs from the Angeles National Forest all the way down to the LA River near Downtown LA.
Pasadena Humane Society is sponsoring this free “Animal Adventure: Animal Clues with Kahoot! Virtual Workshop with Kidspace” on Sunday, May 23, 12 to 1 p.m.
During the event, Pasadena Humane’s Wildlife Manager, Lauren Hamlett, will chat with Kidspace’s Animal Coordinator, Miguel Salazar, and together they will unlock clues, analyze scat and learn about the variety of urban wildlife that live along the Arroyo, and how you can support and respect their environments.
