Connect With Neighbors Virtually at Socially Distanced Connection Breakfast

Published on Feb 9, 2021

Although working from home may sometimes make us feel we are the only ones in the world working so hard, that’s definitely not the case, and it’s time to stop feeling so lonely in the business world.

Join the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce at 8 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, for Socially Distanced Connection Breakfast, where participants are encouraged to network and share their experiences with other local business professionals.

Socially Distanced Connection Breakfast happens on the second Thursday of each month, and it’s the perfect opportunity to promote your business, meet new people, make new connections, and build your contact list — all from the safety of your own home or office.

Like the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce’s monthly Socially Distanced Luncheon Alliance, which happens on the first Wednesday of each month, the breakfast version is virtual, live on Zoom, to replace actual meetings and networking events that the chamber has been holding on a regular basis as it continues to pursue the objective of providing value to members, facilitating communication, and promoting the prosperity of the membership.

Before the pandemic, each Pasadena Chamber networking event has regularly attracted 75 to 100 participants including members, invited speakers, elected representatives and government officials at the local, state and federal levels with whom the chamber has maintained effective relationships to ensure that the interests of business are represented and the voice of business heard.

With these virtual events, the chamber and its members are somehow able to keep those relationships intact despite the current pandemic.

For Socially Distanced Connection Breakfast, the cost is $5 for Chamber members and $10 for non-members. To register, visit www.pasadena-chamber.org/events/socially-distanced-connection-breakfast or call (626) 795-3355.
