Join the Los Angeles Children’s Chorus (LACC) on Sunday, Dec. 27, for their annual winter concert, “E pluribus unum,” now virtual, starting at 7 p.m.
Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy uplifting performances from Concert Choir, Chamber Singers, Young Men’s Ensemble, Chorale, Intermediate Choir, Apprentice Choir, and Preparatory Choir, all from the comfort of their home.
“This online event, the first ever virtual concert by Los Angeles Children’s Chorus, will be a joyful celebration of who we are,” LACC Artistic Director Fernando Malvar-Ruiz said. “‘E pluribus unum’ applies both to our nation and to our choirs. ‘Out of many, one.’ It took the incredible effort and unwavering faith of many choristers, families, staff, board, and donors to produce this little miracle of a concert. And we’re so excited to share it with you!”
The program will feature a wide range of music, from Saint-Saens to Britten to Oscar Peterson. The concert is free to attend and will premiere on LACC’s YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/channel/UCRpi52clnv27a560SzDwn2g.
In lieu of selling virtual tickets, LACC encourages you to make a fully tax-deductible contribution in support of its music education and performance programs during this season of giving.
