Blair High & Middle School congratulates 8th grader Sebastian Tejada Pacheco for winning 1st Place in the annual Tournament of Roses “Rose Vase” contest! Photo above shows Sebastian showing off his masterpiece “vase” with the 2022 Tournament of Roses Queen and her Royal Court. Blair is Viking Proud of his achievement!
