Frostig School’s Annual Transition Fair Connects Students with Postsecondary Opportunities



Frostig School will host its Annual Transition Fair on Friday, October 16, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. in Gates Hall. The event will give students and families an opportunity to connect with agencies and postsecondary programs from throughout the greater Los Angeles area, as well as organizations from outside California.

More than 25 agencies and programs are expected to participate, representing a wide range of opportunities, including colleges, trade schools, employment agencies, independent living programs, and other resources designed to help students prepare for life after high school.

Attendees will include Pathway, UCLA Extension Building Lasting Success Together (BLAST), California Conservation Corps, Taft College TIL Program, Department of Rehabilitation, College Living Experience, AFA HUB, Independence Plus LLC, Build Ability, College Connect, Citrus College, Glendale Community College, AbilityFirst College to Career, Pasadena City College, Independence Center, Los Angeles Valley College, and College Internship Program, among others.
Frostig School encourages students and families to take advantage of this opportunity to explore a variety of postsecondary pathways and learn more about the resources available to support their next steps.
