Pasadena Christian School Third Graders’ Field Trip to the Rose Bowl in Pictures
Pasadena Christian School Third Graders recently took a Field Trip to the Rose Bowl! The young students learned about the landmark venue’s storied heritage. They were toured by professional guides, who took the students backstage to see aspects of the Rose Bowl they may not have seen before. The Rose Bowl, also known as Spieker Field at the Rose Bowl, is an American outdoor athletic stadium, located in Pasadena, California, a northeast suburb of Los Angeles. Opened in October 1922, the stadium is recognized as a National Historic Landmark and a California Historic Civil Engineering landmark.
