St. Francis Knights Claim Home Tournament Win Over Bishop Alemany Warriors

The St. Francis High School boys varsity basketball team earned a solid home tournament victory Thursday night, defeating Bishop Alemany High School Warriors, 79–69 in La Cañada. The Knights came out with intensity, setting the pace early with sharp ball movement and strong defensive pressure, while the Warriors stayed competitive by matching St. Francis’ energy throughout much of the first half.

As the game wore on, St. Francis began to take control, using disciplined team play and timely scoring to create separation in the second half. Defensive stops and consistent execution allowed the Knights to hold off Bishop Alemany’s late push and secure the win, highlighting the team’s depth and focus as tournament action continues.
