Westridge School Speech & Debate Team Celebrates State and National Honors

Another successful year for the Westridge School’s Speech & Debate team! A special cheer for Katherine D. ’28, State Champion in Lincoln-Douglas Debate, and Cherry Z. ’28, 15th Place in the Nation in Senate Congressional Debate (the fifth national finalist in school history!), as well as a big congratulations to the entire team for winning 6th place overall in the state and the School of Honor at nationals!

Middle School competitors also shined at the Middle School State Championships—special shoutout to Stella W. ’31, Madison B. ’31, Queenie Z. ’30, and Michelle L. ’30, who all won 1st place in their events!
