Westridge Students’ Inca Trail Trek to Machu Picchu

Westridge School Students on the “Inca Trail Adventure” trip just wrapped up a week of hiking through the Andes Mountains, where they took in the incredible archaeological complexes and finally reached Machu Picchu! While in Peru, the group also explored the city of Cusco (former capital of the Inca Empire and current UNESCO World Heritage Site) to learn about the history of the Inca Empire and try some Peruvian cuisine.
